CorePower is now offering Yoga 2 and Yoga Sculpt classes outside on the Delucchi’s Market patio, 7 days a week! Yoga 2 strengthens and balances the body and mind as you move through the postures. Yoga Sculpt combines free weights with sequencing and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves. Check their schedule for more details.

Weekly class times are as follows:

Monday – Thursday 9am, 12pm & 6pm
Friday 9am & 12pm
Saturday/Sunday 9am & 11am

All classes are one hour long. Register before classes either online or in the mobile app.
CorePower Yoga is commited to the highest standards of health and safety for their teams and students. Here are some of their safe studio standards:

Face masks are required before, during and after class for everyone inside the class.
There are temperature checks at class check-ins.
Social distancing is strictly enforced. Be sure to give your fellow yogis the appropriate space.
Please bring your own mat and props
If you have tested positive for COVID-19, have been in close contact with someone who has, or are not feeling well, we ask that you not join the class for 14 days or until you’ve tested negative
