A Community With a Big Heart is Ready to Cheer You on at Studio K-Fit!

Studio K-Fit is so much more than just a place to work out. It's a tight-knit community where people support each other's progress, and coaches continuously look for ways to keep the workouts fun and motivating. Every month is a new challenge; March was "Plank Challenge Month." In April, the challenge will be the "Gritty 50:" members are encouraged to come in earlier to do 50 extra calories per workout.

But the Studio K-Fit team doesn't limit to themselves to improving the lives of its members: February's Cardio Challenge inspired the community to give back and raised more than $12,000 for Leukemia and Lymphoma research! Take a look at the press they received in the Pulse News and Almanac News!

Stretching is not only good for your muscles and joints, but it's also good for your physical and mental well-being.

While StretchWorks is undergoing renovations, only one-on-one private sessions are offered. Private sessions start with a stretch program tailored to your body, your needs, and your goals, with a focus on the particular weaknesses and imbalances in your body. You will also receive advice on diet, exercise, and other pertinent aspects of your life if applicable.
