CorePower Studio’s yoga style is ‘Vinyasa,’ meaning breath to movement and is in both heated and non heated rooms. The studio also offers a Yoga Sculpt class – Yoga with weights. Check their schedule for class times and descriptions.

Entering Marsh Manor’s CorePower Yoga Studio, you may mistake it for an upscale spa. The facilities are brand new and sparkly clean. Changing rooms are equipped with everything you need, including showers, vanities and private lockers. The mission of the studio reminds us that their program is far from passive though. Bronweyn, the studio manager, explains that CorePower aims “to show the life changing things that happen when you root an intensely physical workout in the mindfulness of yoga.” She shared some interesting facts about the studio’s attributes and the classes offered below.

💨 The Marsh Manor Studio has a brand new and sophisticated ventilation system that is constantly removing stale air and drawing in clean outside air into the studio spaces.

🔥 All classes have some level of added heat. Studio spaces are heated by radiated heat that heats people, not air, so hot air is not “pushed” through space.

↔️ The Marsh Manor studios are more spacious than CorePower studios in surrounding areas. Classes also tend to be smaller, since they are still new to the area, so social distancing is happening naturally right now.
️ Four classes are currently offered at Marsh Manor location: CorePower Yoga 1 (C1) and 2 (C2), Hot Power Fusion (HPF), and Yoga Sculpt (YS). More information about classes here.

🧡 All staff and teachers adhere to CorePower’s extensive safe studio standards.

😷 The Marsh Manor’s location offers classes that are “masks required,” as well as, “masks not required while on mat” – to suit all comfort levels. The latter is only offered to fully vaccinated members. Check their schedule for more details.
